New Request — where a project actually starts

Describe what you need in your own words — no forms, no jargon. An agent asks a couple of follow-up questions to pin down the scope, then shows you a clear written summary and price to confirm before anything is charged.

• One standard tier per service — the price shown when you pick a task is the price, no upsell ladder
• Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing — that protects you from surprises and us from misunderstandings
• Once confirmed and paid, your project is named automatically and shows up under My Projects
• A real person reviews every confirmed request personally — while our automated project manager is still being refined, nothing runs unsupervised
